Returns Policy

Complaints:
Complaints about product quality should be made within 24 hours of delivery. To launch a complaint, please contact stellazboutique8@gmail.com. If the reason for return is genuine, our team will replace the item.

Refund Policy:

  • Major defects: Report any damages or defects within 24 hours of delivery. If the complaint is genuine, we will replace the item.
  • Product not-as-described: Report the issue within 12 hours of delivery with proof that the product is not as described. If the claim is found to be true, we will refund the amount within 72 hours.

Cancellation of Order:
Once you have booked the order, we do not encourage cancellation. For online payments, refunds will be processed to the bank account within 72 hours.
